Decriminalize Poverty
This campaign would establish a 24/7 harm reduction center east of the river, end the practice of putting loved ones in cages just because they use drugs, and address life-long consequences of convictions. This would reduce over-policing and drug overdoses in our communities and allow the district to invest the money saved into peer-led health and wellness.
